Precautions:
Check individual sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes. Cosmetic enhancement: Mix 2 drops with 15g of base (cosmetic oil, cream, lotion, toner, mask, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc.).
– Massage: Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tbsp of cosmetic or massage oil, then apply to the skin.
– Baths: Add 4-7 drops of essential oil to a bath with water at 37-40°C. For better dissolution, mix with 2-4 tbsp of emulsifier (salt, honey, milk). The procedure duration is 15-30 minutes.
– Saunas, baths: Add 3-6 drops of essential oil to a bucket of water and sprinkle this mixture over wooden benches and walls. It is not recommended to pour the mixture directly onto hot stones.

Ingredients:
100% avocado oil (INCI: Persea Gratissima Oil).
Usage:
- Cream Enrichment: Add 5-10 drops of oil to 10-15 g of cream, mix well, and apply to cleansed skin.
- Shampoo and Conditioner Enrichment: Add 5-10 ml of oil to 50 ml of shampoo or conditioner, mix, apply to hair and scalp, and rinse with warm water.
- Face and Body Masks: Apply 5-10 ml of oil or oil blend to cleansed face and body skin.
- Hair Masks: Massage 5-10 drops of oil into the scalp, leave for 2-3 minutes, then distribute through the length of the hair. Rinse out after 20 minutes.
- Face and Body Massage: Apply 10-15 ml of oil or oil blend to the face and body and massage.
- Nail Care: Rub 1-5 ml of oil into the nail plate and cuticles.
