Precautions:
Check for individual sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes. Enriching cosmetic products: mix 2 drops with 15 g of base (cosmetic oil, cream, lotion, tonic, mask, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). – Massage: mix 2-3 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tbsp of cosmetic or massage oil and apply to the skin. – Baths: add 4-7 drops of essential oil to the bath with water temperature between 37-40°C. For better dissolution, mix with 2-4 tbsp of emulsifier (salt, honey, milk). The procedure lasts 15-30 minutes. – Saunas, steam rooms: add 3-6 drops of essential oil to the water bucket and sprinkle the mixture over the wooden benches and walls. The mixture is not recommended to be poured directly onto hot stones.

Ingredients:
100% avocado oil (INCI: Persea Gratissima Oil).
Usage:
- Cream Enrichment: Add 5-10 drops of oil to 10-15 g of cream, mix well, and apply to cleansed skin.
- Shampoo and Conditioner Enrichment: Add 5-10 ml of oil to 50 ml of shampoo or conditioner, mix, apply to hair and scalp, and rinse with warm water.
- Face and Body Masks: Apply 5-10 ml of oil or oil blend to cleansed face and body skin.
- Hair Masks: Massage 5-10 drops of oil into the scalp, leave for 2-3 minutes, then distribute through the length of the hair. Rinse out after 20 minutes.
- Face and Body Massage: Apply 10-15 ml of oil or oil blend to the face and body and massage.
- Nail Care: Rub 1-5 ml of oil into the nail plate and cuticles.
- Essential Oil Base: Use 5 ml of base oil with 3-5 drops of essential oil.
