It can be used as an aromatherapy remedy for the following conditions:

For aromatherapy, add 3–5 drops of lavender essential oil to a diffuser or aroma lamp.

For a bath, add 5–10 drops of lavender essential oil to water at a temperature of 37–38°C.

Ingredients:
100% avocado oil (INCI: Persea Gratissima Oil).
Usage:
- Cream Enrichment: Add 5-10 drops of oil to 10-15 g of cream, mix well, and apply to cleansed skin.
- Shampoo and Conditioner Enrichment: Add 5-10 ml of oil to 50 ml of shampoo or conditioner, mix, apply to hair and scalp, and rinse with warm water.
- Face and Body Masks: Apply 5-10 ml of oil or oil blend to cleansed face and body skin.
- Hair Masks: Massage 5-10 drops of oil into the scalp, leave for 2-3 minutes, then distribute through the length of the hair. Rinse out after 20 minutes.
- Face and Body Massage: Apply 10-15 ml of oil or oil blend to the face and body and massage.
- Nail Care: Rub 1-5 ml of oil into the nail plate and cuticles.
- Essential Oil Base: Use 5 ml of base oil with 3-5 drops of essential oil.
