REKVI Online Store Terms and Conditions

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by the owner of the REKVI online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”), Rekvi OÜ, registration code 10057082, located at Punane 56B, LADU 5, Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and the buyer from the online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

 

General Provisions

The Online Store is an electronic environment owned by the Seller through which goods are sold to the Buyer. The Online Store is located at the web address www.rekvi.ee. The terms of the agreement are available to the Buyer in the online store environment in the Estonian language. In regulating their relationship, the Parties shall be guided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, other applicable legislation, and what has been agreed upon in the Agreement. The Online Store reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the Agreement without notifying the Buyer. Changes are reflected on the website www.rekvi.ee. The terms in effect at the time of the transaction are applicable to the transaction. The Buyer can print the terms of the Agreement before making a purchase.

 

Product Information

Products offered in the online store are sold to both individuals and legal entities. Photos of the products displayed in the online store are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual appearance of the product. Product descriptions in the online store may not be exhaustive and may contain unintentional errors. The online store provides information about whether the products are in stock or not. Information about the availability of products offered in the online store may not correspond to reality for technical reasons. Products in the online store are in stock and will be delivered to the buyer within 1-3 working days. If it is found after placing an order that the product is unavailable and the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller must immediately contact the Buyer and offer a possible new delivery time or a replacement product of equivalent price and quality or a refund. The money will be refunded to the buyer immediately but no later than within 14 days after placing the order.

 

Price Information

All prices in the online store are in euros and include the VAT rate provided by law. The cost of delivery is added to the price of the product. The cost of delivery depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The cost of delivery is calculated in the shopping cart. If the Buyer orders goods in the online store and the order must be delivered outside the Republic of Estonia, it is an international order, and customs or other taxes may be added to the order price when the ordered goods reach the destination point. The Buyer is obliged to pay any possible additional taxes. If the Buyer collects the goods at the Rekvi warehouse and chooses the specified method of receiving the goods, the delivery fee will not be added to the price of the goods. The Seller has the right to change prices displayed in the online store at any time. If prices in the online store have changed after the Buyer has submitted and paid for the order, the Seller undertakes to deliver the corresponding products to the Buyer at the prices valid at the time of the order. The Buyer has no right to demand compensation for the price difference.

 

Order Processing

To place an order, the Buyer selects the desired item in the Online Store and adds it to the cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” link. The Buyer can modify the quantity in the cart and remove items from the cart until the payment is made. To complete the order, the Buyer needs to fill in the required data fields (contact person, phone number, email address), choose the delivery method and payment terms, confirm the agreement, accept the terms, and then click the “Pay securely” button. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information necessary to fulfill the order when placing the order. The Seller is not responsible for non-execution of the order due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer during order processing or for any consequences thereof. The sales agreement comes into effect upon receipt of the amount from the current account to the Seller’s account.

 

Payment Methods

Orders can be paid to the Seller’s bank account based on order confirmation. Orders can be securely paid using Estonian bank links (Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay). Payment is made outside the Online Store environment in the secure payment environment of the service provider Maksekeskus AS. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer’s bank details.

 

Delivery Methods

To receive the order, the Buyer chooses a suitable delivery method in the cart. The cost of delivering the goods is paid by the Buyer in accordance with the cost indicated next to the delivery method. The Buyer covers the expenses associated with the delivery of the goods. The cost of delivery depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method, calculated in the cart. The ordered items will be shipped to the address specified by the Buyer during order placement. Deliveries within Estonia will reach the destination specified by the Buyer within 1-5 working days from the effective date of the sales agreement. In the case of a special order, the product may be delivered to the destination within 7 working days.

The Buyer is obligated to verify the accuracy of the provided contact information before placing the order to avoid delays and misunderstandings during product delivery. The Seller is not responsible for delays and misunderstandings in product delivery if caused by inaccuracies or accuracy of information provided by the Buyer during order processing. If the Buyer collects the goods at the Rekvi warehouse and chooses the specified method of receiving the goods, the delivery fee will not be added to the price of the goods. The ordered products will be delivered using parcel machines Omniva and Itella Smartpost throughout Estonia, or the Buyer can pick up the goods personally at Punane 56B, LADU 5, Tallinn.

 

Claims and Contract Withdrawal

The buyer on www.rekvi.ee (“Buyer”) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days without stating a reason, provided the product has not been used, is undamaged, and its appearance has not substantially changed. Any alterations made to the external appearance of the product or its packaging should only be those necessary for inspecting the received product. The Buyer must exercise this right responsibly and return the product in its original packaging, along with all accompanying parts. The expenses for returning the product are to be covered by the Buyer.

Products can be returned to the customer service center at www.rekvi.ee, Punane 56b, Warehouse 5.

Upon receiving the returned product and assessing its quality, the Seller will refund the purchase price and the delivery expenses within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the returned product. If only a portion of the items is returned, the delivery expenses will only be refunded if the remaining items, if purchased individually, would have incurred a lower rate than the rate applied when purchasing the items together with the returned ones, and only in the amount equal to the difference between these rates. If a different method of product return, incurring disproportionate or higher costs, was chosen by the Buyer rather than the one proposed by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse such return expenses.

The product must be returned in its original packaging (with instructions if delivered with the product). When returning, the invoice and order number must be provided.

 

Use of Personal Data

By agreeing to the terms of the agreement, the Buyer provides the Seller with clear and informed consent to process their personal data. The Seller processes the personal data provided by the Buyer in accordance with legislation regulating the protection of personal data. Processed personal data includes information requested from the Buyer during registration as a regular customer and/or when placing an order (name, address, phone number, email address, shopping cart contents, and purchase history). The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data for managing the customer’s account, order fulfillment (including sending order-related notifications, payment processing, and product delivery), preparing and sending personalized offers, and conducting surveys and giveaways on behalf of the Seller.

 

Storage of Personal Data

The Seller retains the contact details and information about purchases made by the Buyer during transactions. This information is considered confidential and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Personal data required for product delivery will be transferred to the courier service company. Data transmission between the Buyer and banks is encrypted, ensuring the security of the Buyer’s personal and banking information. Payment is processed outside the Online Store environment, in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. The Online Store does not have access to the Customer’s banking data.

 

Processing of Personal Data

The main processor of personal data for the Rekvi online store is Rekvi OÜ (registry code: 10057082), located at Punane 5B, Tallinn, LADU 5, 13619 Tallinn. Rekvi OÜ transfers personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS (Pärnu mnt. 139C / Kohila 8, Tallinn, Tel: 6229521, E-mail: support@maksekeskus.ee). The Buyer has the right to check their personal data at any time and request their correction. If the Buyer has expressed a desire to receive informational offers and/or personalized offers from the Seller, the Buyer always has the right to opt-out by sending a corresponding notification to the Seller’s email address rekvi@rekvi.ee.

 

Liability

The Seller is only responsible for manufacturing defects and other defects that existed when the product was delivered to the Buyer. The Seller is responsible for the sale price of the product. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by defective products, such as property damage or information loss, loss of turnover, or profit. The Seller is not responsible for the non-execution of the order due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer during order processing or for any consequences thereof. The Buyer agrees to use the Online Store service only in compliance with the law and based on standard practices.

 

Other Terms

Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller arising from the Agreement are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the parties have the right to appeal to the Consumer Complaints Committee of the Consumer Protection Board, or the dispute will be settled in the Harju County Court. Disputes arising from the Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and based on the Agreement in the Contract. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is subject to review in an Estonian court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
