Wet your hands with water and apply a sufficient amount of soap. Rub your palms together to create a lather. Gently cleanse the backs of your hands, between the fingers and around the thumbs. Rub the fingertips of one hand against the palm of the other using circular back-and-forth movements. Repeat on the other hand. Rinse thoroughly with water.
