- Shampoo and Conditioner Enrichment: Add 5-10 ml of oil to 50 ml of shampoo or conditioner, mix, apply to hair and scalp, and rinse with warm water.
- Face and Body Masks: Apply 5-10 ml of oil or oil blend to cleansed face and body skin.
- Hair Masks: Massage 5-10 drops of oil into the scalp, leave for 2-3 minutes, then distribute through the length of the hair. Rinse out after 20 minutes.
- Face and Body Massage: Apply 10-15 ml of oil or oil blend to the face and body and massage.
