The high mineral content of the salts during hydrotherapy has a beneficial effect on metabolism and ensures the rapid absorption of vital mineral elements by the body. These salts are very beneficial for the skin and the whole body, having anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, and soothing effects. The minerals contained in the salts have various therapeutic effects:

• Magnesium increases cell vitality, slows down skin aging processes, relieves stress and tension;

Usage: dissolve 100g (4–5 tablespoons) up to 500g of salt in warm bath water. Bath water temperature: 35–39^oC. Take a bath every day for 10–20 minutes or every other day as a course of 10–15 treatments.
